When beginning an EFT Membership, a $39 enrollment fee is charged to the customer.

On the day the EFT is purchased, the customer is charged prorated dues for the days left in the month.

Billing occurs on the 1st of every month.

Annual EFT vs Regular EFT? You are locked in for 1 year if you choose an annual EFT. You will not be allowed to freeze or cancel your membership during the year. Regular EFT, you are can freeze or cancel whenever.

*Family memberships include parents and their children, siblings, and partners who live together. The family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for the first two family members. The additional family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for each additional family member.

For example: a monthly family membership costs $230 per month ($180 per month for two parents and an additional $50 for their child)

NO VERBAL FREEZE OR CANCELLATION REQUEST BY PHONE OR IN PERSON.

• Both Freezes and Cancellations should be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the bill date.

Cancelling A Membership

• Cancelled memberships go into effect on the first of the month, and you will be able to climb until then.
