FAQ’s

    • *Discounted Rates are for students, educators, former and active military, and seniors 65 and older.

    • Proper ID is required to receive a discounted rate.

    • When beginning an EFT Membership, a $40 enrollment fee is charged to the customer.

    • This fee is incurred again after beginning anew with a previously terminated membership.

    • When an EFT membership is begun the customer is charged prorated dues for the days left in the month.

    • Billing occurs on the 1st of every month.

    • *Family memberships include parents and their children, siblings, and partners who live together. The family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for the first two family members. The additional family membership rate indicates the monthly rate for each additional family member.

    • For example: a monthly family membership costs $230 per month ($180 per month for two parents and an additional $50 for their child)

    • NO VERBAL FREEZE OR CANCELLATION REQUEST BY PHONE OR IN PERSON.

    • Please click this Customer Change Request button or navigate to the Membership Change Form Page to make changes to your membership, including:

      • cancel/suspend

      • update/change billing information

      • add or remove family members

    • Billing occurs on the first of every month.

      • Both Freezes and Cancellations should be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the bill date.

    • Freezing A Membership

      • Your account will initiate a $10 charge to your card on file the first of the month.

      • This will preserve the price of your membership if you have an older, lower price point.

      • Freezed memberships go into effect on the first of the month, and you will be able to climb until then.

      • Frozen memberships restarting their accounts DO NOT incur the $39 enrollment fee.

    • Cancelling A Membership

      • Cancelled memberships go into effect on the first of the month, and you will be able to climb until then.

      • Cancelled memberships beginning anew DO incur the $39 enrollment fee.
