How It Works
First things first - we need a waiver for every person entering the facility, including spectators.
For those under age 18, this means we need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
If you have no previous experience, you can walk in anytime and get a Day Pass- no reservations required!
Our staff will provide a detailed orientation. All the gear you'll need is available for rent upon check in!

Required for everyone entering into our facility

Day Passes can be purchased any time at the front desk upon arrival. These passes allow you access to the facility from the time of purchase until we close that day. You can even leave for lunch, and then come back to do some more climbing! You can find information and pricing for our Day Passes & gear rentals here!

There is no minimum age to climb in our facility— kids of all ages are welcome!
Autobelay Use: Minimum weight requirement of 35lbs
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult that is able to provide direct supervision.
Remember: Climbing is never a “safe” activity. Always ask questions and follow the guidance of MetroRock staff

Refund policy:
If you need to cancel an event, we offer a full refund if the cancellation occurs 21 days or more before the event. If you are altering your booking within that period, we are happy to offer a credit for use at MetroRock, minus the deposit. We will not offer a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours before the event.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted on climbing shoes and PPE (harnesses, belay devices, etc.)
Punchcards and memberships are non-refundable.
