Group Events
MetroRock offers a wide variety of group climbing & adventure events for private groups, school field trips, company team building, and more. Offerings and pricing are outlined below.
Custom events can be tailored to meet your needs. For inquiries, select the title of any category to email us. For other inquiries, contact us at MetroRockEverett@gmail.com
All events must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Availability may be limited due to other conflicts or happenings at MetroRock. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking based on the number of expected participants. Chaperones and non-climbers are not charged but still require a MetroRock Waiver.
MetroRock Members booking events with us are eligible for a 10% discount on their booking.
Group Climbing with Belay Staff
Two or three hours of climbing with MetroRock staff to assist on top-rope. Access our boulders, auto-belay, and top-rope climbs.
Two-Hour Group Climb: $35/climber
Three-Hour Group Climb: $40/climber
Price includes rental gear and belay staff.
High Ropes Challenge Course
1 Hour to enjoy one of our high ropes challenge courses.
Kids Ropes Course - Not recommended for children under 6
Adults Ropes Course - Must be at least 12 years of age and 4’ tall.
Max participants: 12
6 or fewer participants: $25/climber
7 or more participants: $40/climber
Private Learn to Lead Class
Two sessions.
1st, 4 Hours.
2nd, optional, 2 hours
Prerequisites:
Passed MetroRock top-rope belay test
Comfortable onsighting top-rope climbs rated at least 5.10a
16 years of age or older
Minimum 2 participants. Max, 4 per instructor.

Boulders & Autobelay Group Climb*
Two hours of climbing on our boulders and auto-belays.
Includes a staff safety orientation and gear rental.
12 or fewer climbers: $22/climber
12 - 24** climbers: $35/climber
*For events with climbers under 18 years of age, chaperones are responsible for monitoring minors. Must have at least 1 chaperone per 6 climbers. Climbers under 14 require direct supervision at all times.
**Requires presence of at least 1 MetroRock staff member for supervision.
Private Intro to Ropes Class
Approx 1.5 hour class.
Learn how to belay on top rope. Our staff will teach you safe technique and communication to be a top-notch belayer. Classes are taught on a tubular belay device without assisted breaking.
Must be 14 years of age or older. Minimum of two participants.

Combine one of our high ropes challenge courses with time to climb. Only one course may be run during your event.

Appropriate daypass/climber + 25/hour/staff member.
Private Gym Rental
Hosting a special gathering? Need a large, private space where your party can enjoy a challenge and adventure. MetroRock may be available for private rental. Contact us to learn more.
