*PLEASE NOTE: Billing occurs on the first of every month. Both Freezes and Cancellations should be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the bill date. Freezing your account will initiate a $10 charge to your card on file the first of the month. This will preserve the price of your membership if you have an older, lower price point. Cancelled memberships and freezes will go into effect on the first of the month, and you will be able to climb until then.. There are no cancellation or activation fees for EFT memberships.
