*MetroRock members in non-NYC MetroRock gyms can utilize their membership at our Bushwick location up to 4 days per month for no additional charge.

Memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships cannot be paused except for medical reasons.


INITIATION:

  • An initial fee of $39 is applied to all EFT memberships on starting the membership. Freezing a membership incurs a monthly charge of $10 which 1) maintains the current price of your membership in the event of prices changing and 2) prevents you from being liable for an initiation fee when restarting the membership. If a membership is cancelled, and not frozen, then restarted at a later date, a new initiation fee will be applied to your account.

  • Membership status can be changed at any point after that first full month of membership.

CANCELLATION/HOLD:

  • All cancellation and freeze requests must be submitted online through the Customer Change Request Form.

  • NO VERBAL FREEZE OR CANCELLATION REQUEST IN PERSON OR BY PHONE.

  • Refunds will NOT be granted after the monthly billing takes place.

  • Memberships cannot be suspended and resumed in the same calendar month.

  • Accounts must pay one full month of dues before another status change can be made. (Ex: You suspend your membership in January and resume for February; you cannot suspend your membership again until March)

  • All members must submit this request 5 days prior to the next billing date

FAILED/OVERDUE PAYMENT:

  • Declined membership payments will result in Account Hold. 

  • Failed/overdue payments must be received prior to removal of Account Hold

  • If a membership is canceled due to past-due membership charges, those overdue charges must be paid in full before a new membership can be initiated


MEMBERSHIP CHANGE REQUESTS

Please click the Customer Change Request button below to make changes to your membership, including:

  • cancel/suspend

  • update/change billing information

  • add or remove family members

PLEASE NOTE: NO VERBAL FREEZE OR CANCELLATION REQUEST BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. Billing occurs on the first of every month. Both Freezes and Cancellations should be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the bill date. Freezing your account will initiate a $10 charge to your card on file the first of the month. This will preserve the price of your membership if you have an older, lower price point. Cancelled memberships and freezes will go into effect on the first of the month, and you will be able to climb until then. Starting an EFT membership incurs a $39 enrollment fee. Frozen memberships restarting their accounts DO NOT incur this fee. Cancelled memberships beginning anew DO incur this fee.
