Pub night with an apple-y twist! We're welcoming Downeast Ciders to the gym to sample their sweet (and dry) offerings. They use locally sourced fruit for their ciders and stick with the tried and true traditional methods to bring you the freshest flavors. Drink cider--if it was good enough for George Washington, it's good enough for you! As usual, we'll provide pizza, pleasant company and a good vibe for your sampling pleasure. $10 covers your consumption, 21 and over only.

Come in to check out the space and climb on our walls - Our skilled staff will be on-hand to fit your kids with gear, belay them up and down the walls, and give helpful pointers. Then we'll eat some pizza!

This is a great opportunity to ask questions and see what we have in store for MetroROCK Summer Camp.

Try before you buy! We'll be hosting major climbing shoe brands as they bring in all the styles and sizes for you to sample. Included are new and hard to find models--a great chance to fine tune your sizing before making a purchase. Evolv, 5.10 and La Sportiva will all be present. Discounts will be applied to all purchases and orders!

Start the year off by getting strong!

Learn technique and train for strength and stamina with Jackie and the Granite Girls. This women-only class focuses on methods that work best with the female style of climbing. 

For 4 weeks, you'll meet to train and develop a program that will help you bump up a grade or two and achieve your goals. 

This round is intended for the intermediate/advanced climber. Some training experience and proficiency at v2 or higher is recommended.

If you're new to lead climbing and want to get some tips from a pro, this is a great opportunity. 

Sara Gillers has been climbing for a while and is one of our youth team coaches. Thanks to her years of experience, including surviving a near-death climbing injury, she has accumulated a long list of tools and tips for mastering the tricky art of climbing on lead. You'll gain practical skills to avoid dangerous scenarios  AND ways to combat to mental stresses of climbing above your protection.

Wash away those mid winter blues with some tasty local beers. Now 25 years old, the Cambridge Brewing Company is the oldest (and finest) brew pub in the Boston area. Head brewer Will is also a bit of a climber so he's psyched to come by and talk beer with us!

The usual setup: $10 gets you beer samples, pizza and positive vibrations. 21 and over only, please!

It's a new year, let's revisit an old friend! The NBPT Brewing co. is just a few years old but already a staple in the region's craft brew scene. Taste a few of their finest with us along with some pizza and pleasant company.

As usual, 21 and over please! $10 gets you beer samples, pizza and good times.

Learn free running and parkour movement from the pros at Parkour Generations. Class is open to all levels of experience. Through drills and demonstrations, you'll learn to move confidently and accurately over a variety of terrain. This session: 9/4 to 11/20, no class on 9/25. Come to a free team practice and see what the adult team will have in store for members.

We'll do some training, talk schedule, set expectations and get all your questions answered.

The Adult Team is a training program for adults looking to improve their climbing in a group workout setting. The team will train for competitions, outdoor projects and general fitness through a variety of lessons, drills and LOTS of climbing. Workouts will be twice a week, once on Sunday, once on a weeknight.
