Start the year off by getting strong!

Learn technique and train for strength and stamina with Jackie and the Granite Girls. This women-only class focuses on methods that work best with the female style of climbing. 

For 4 weeks, you'll meet to train and develop a program that will help you bump up a grade or two and achieve your goals. 

This round is intended for the intermediate/advanced climber. Some training experience and proficiency at v2 or higher is recommended.

If you're new to lead climbing and want to get some tips from a pro, this is a great opportunity. 

Sara Gillers has been climbing for a while and is one of our youth team coaches. Thanks to her years of experience, including surviving a near-death climbing injury, she has accumulated a long list of tools and tips for mastering the tricky art of climbing on lead. You'll gain practical skills to avoid dangerous scenarios  AND ways to combat to mental stresses of climbing above your protection.

It's a new year, let's revisit an old friend! The NBPT Brewing co. is just a few years old but already a staple in the region's craft brew scene. Taste a few of their finest with us along with some pizza and pleasant company.

As usual, 21 and over please! $10 gets you beer samples, pizza and good times.

The Warrior's Way is a proven system for conquering fears and committing to movement while lead climbing.

Techniques for falling safely, belaying effectively and mentally preparing yourself for climbing above your pro are included to make you a more confident climber. With greater confidence comes more sends!

Join experienced instructor Jon Richard for a class as he passes through New England. Your registration fee includes take home materials and email follow ups.

MetroRock is pleased to offer Yoga classes on a regular basis. Classes are taught by experienced yoga instructors who also share the passion of climbing. This allows them to focus-in on strengthening and stretching core muscles used in the sport. Yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength and mental focus; all vital elements to improve your climbing abilities!

Learn free running and parkour movement from the pros at Parkour Generations. Class is open to all levels of experience. Through drills and demonstrations, you'll learn to move confidently and accurately over a variety of terrain. This session: 9/4 to 11/20, no class on 9/25. Join the ladies of the Boston Women Climb for a climbing clinic in preparation for the HERA Climb4Life event in March. Tonight's session will tackle ways to climb better on overhangs – lock offs, twist locks, heel hooks, and core. This event is only $30 and includes all rental fees.
